- Title: Columbia Gorge Country Road
- Description: Just off the Bridal Veil Falls trailhead in the Columbia River Gorge lies this rustic scene. Photographed in the spring of 2007, using a 65mm wide-angle lens and my Mamiya medium format system. Hyperfocal distance calculations had to be fairly exact in order to maintain focus from the spring bluebells three feet away to the old house in the distance; subsequently, I started carrying a tape measure with me to deal with similar issues.
